Hello Lloyd!

Lloyd Williams has joined us from Lovell, and previously worked at Taylor Wimpey where he was a Sales Executive selling new build homes for seven years. He’s been in the property industry since 2015, having worked for Peter Alan straight after graduating from Cardiff University.

Lloyd is joining us as a conveyancing assistant in our Residential Conveyancing department – where he will assist the fee earners in the sale and purchases process.

In his spare time, Lloyd is getting back into the gym and has always enjoyed running. He is also a self-proclaimed foodie and loves trying out new places to eat. He is also a secret puzzle lover and can spend hours trying to find one piece!

On why he wanted to join HE, Lloyd said: “Personal experiences with the firm. I have worked with a few Harding Evans conveyancers over my time (in a professional capacity) and they have always come across as proactive, hardworking, and very approachable. Reputation and public perception were a very important factor to me when looking to join a legal firm and social media portrayed staff as happy, proud, and one team.”
