Product Injury

Have you been injured by faulty or defective product?

Both Manufacturers and Sellers of products are bound by law to make sure that their products are safe. If you have been injured because of a failure to do this then you are legally entitled to make a claim for compensation.

These are just some of the faults that can cause injury:

  • The manufacturing process
  • Poor design
  • Insufficient warnings
  • Failure to recall a product

The Consumer Rights Act 2015 gives you (the consumer) the legal right to make a claim where a faulty product has caused you an injury. The Act still applies even if the item was produced outside of the UK.

We understand that it might be difficult to know where to start if you have suffered an injury, however, we are here to guide you through the process and fight for your right to compensation.

Get in touch with our expert team today and let us help, so that you can focus on your recovery.
