Orthopaedic Negligence

You may be able to claim compensation

When orthopaedic treatment goes wrong, it can be devastating. If you have been the victim of a substandard operation then a second operation, to correct the mistake, can often be less successful. Some common problems relating to orthopaedic care that we deal with include:

  • Failure to notice damaged tendons
  • Incorrect placing of pins or plates
  • Infection of the bone/osteomyelitis
  • Incorrectly placed ligament grafts

We have extensive experience in dealing with orthopaedic negligence claims. We can discuss with you whether the orthopaedic care you received was negligent, and whether you are entitled to claim compensation.
