Legal Executive

Victoria is a Fellow of the Institute of Legal Executives, qualifying in 1996. She joined Harding Evans in 2010 working within the Personal Injury Department.

Victoria has expertise in a wide range of personal injury work including Road Traffic accidents, employer liability, occupiers’ liability claims and public liability claims. Victoria has also worked within the Public Law Private Litigation Department covering Inquests, Claims against Public Authorities and Landlord and Tenant work.

Victoria is currently supporting the Clinical Negligence team, assisting with cases and helping to support clients throughout what can often be a difficult and challenging time.

Previously, Victoria was part of the team representing and assisting the Covid Bereaved Families for Justice Cymru at the UK-wide Covid Inquiry.

Outside of work, Victoria has a real passion for travelling and discovering new places and cultures. One of her personal goals is to visit all seven continents, embracing the opportunity to experience the world and everything it has to offer.
