Paralegal, Clinical Negligence and Serious Injury

Sam is a member of our Clinical Negligence and Serious Injury team, based in our Newport office, and is currently undertaking the Solicitors Qualifying Examinations (SQE). Sam was previously a member of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX) from 2013 until 2025.

Sam has specialised in the sector since 2015, with particular experience representing clients who have suffered injury as a result of clinical negligence and has handled a wide range of claims arising from failures in medical treatment and care.

Sam has successfully secured compensation for clients who have suffered serious and life-changing injuries due to clinical negligence and has broader personal injury claims experience involving road traffic accidents, workplace accidents, occupiers’ liability, and public liability claims.

Sam is committed to providing clear, practical, and compassionate support throughout the claims process and to helping his clients secure the compensation they need to rebuild their lives following serious injury.
