We are pleased to be able to open our offices to clients and visitors once more as of 1 July 2020. All visits will be by appointment only.
To enable us to welcome you to the office in line with current Government advice, we have put strict guidelines in place to ensure the health and safety of our clients/visitors and our staff.
Please ensure you read our guidelines below BEFORE visiting our offices and follow them during your visit:-
Please do not attend our offices if you are currently experiencing Covid19 symptoms or have had symptoms in the last 14 days. Please notify us in this event and we will make alternative arrangements for you.
Unless otherwise directed and where practically possible, we ask that you attend the office on your own. This is to ensure we can safely practice physical distancing within the meeting rooms we have available.
There is a Pay and Display carpark situated behind the office, both at our Newport and Whitchurch premises. There are also disabled parking bays on Baneswell Road adjacent to our Newport office. Should you require directions, please do let us know.
Please use the intercom fitted to the front door of our buildings. You will be greeted by one of our Receptionists who will confirm your appointment.
Please arrive no more than 10 minutes before your appointment, as due to managing the physical distancing rules with other visitors to the office safely, we may not be able to allow you access to the building.
Once inside the building, you will be required to use the hand sanitising gel provided, and wait in the Reception area as directed, while the relevant member of staff is notified of your arrival.
In accordance with Government guidelines, all staff and visitors must keep at least a 2 metre distance between each other at all times.
Unfortunately, we cannot provide access to toilet facilities for visitors during this time. In case of urgency, please speak with our Receptionist.
We have our offices regularly and professionally cleaned and each meeting room is wiped down with antibacterial products after every use. We would like to remind you please to wash your hands frequently and use our hand sanitising gel upon arrival and departure.
Harding Evans LLP values the health and wellbeing of our staff and clients/visitors as a priority. We want you to be comfortable with any visit you need to make to our offices but if you feel you would rather not attend, please notify your usual contact and alternative arrangements will be made.
You can of course continue to contact with us by telephone and e mail. Please be aware that your main contact person at Harding Evans maybe working from home so this may be the only means of communicating with them if they are not office based. Please check their availability before calling to our offices if you wish to meet with them.
