Emma is a Partner in our Clinical Negligence team.

Emma has been dealing with clinical negligence claims for over 25 years, gaining a strong reputation for her expertise in amputation and brain injury claims, including Cerebral Palsy cases. She is a Senior Litigator with APIL and a Member of the AvMA’s (Action Against Medical Accidents) Specialist Panel.

Along with Ken Thomas, Emma has been recognised in the ‘Top 10 Influential Clinical Negligence Lawyers Pioneering Claimant Cases in Wales’.
