Conveyancer Paul Joins Team HE!

Our Residential Conveyancing team in Cardiff have recently welcomed Paul to the fold.

We would like to introduce you to Paul Gray, who has recently joined our Residential Conveyancing team as an Executive.

Paul studied at Salford University and graduated in 1996. Since then, he has built up a wealth of experience and acted on a range of matters, including agricultural and unregistered sales and purchases, probate sales, transfers of title, and the sale and purchase of retirement properties.

Paul hasn’t always worked in this field, back in the 1990s, he worked as a Business Affairs Coordinator for a girl band who achieved three top-ten hits in just 18 months!

A Whitchurch resident, Paul jumped at the opportunity to take up a role in the community where he lives.

Gian Molinu, Senior Associate in our Residential Conveyancing team, welcomed Paul: ”I’m really pleased to welcome Paul to the firm. With years of experience under his belt, he brings a huge amount of knowledge and perspective to the team. It’s great to have him on board with us in Cardiff and we are looking forward to working together to see the office go from strength to strength.”

Paul added ”I had previously worked on matters involving Harding Evans residential conveyancing teams and always found them very pleasant people to deal with. I am excited to join the team.”

Outside of work, Paul keeps active by playing squash and five-a-side. He also enjoys spending time outdoors, and has keen interests in sailing, drawing and painting, and cooking.

Welcome to the team, Paul! It’s great to have you here.
