Senior Associate Solicitor

Based in Cardiff, Gian is a highly experienced residential property senior associate solicitor, having qualified in 2006. He has extensive expertise in residential conveyancing, including freehold and leasehold transactions, new-build developments, and complex property matters. Known for his practical approach and commitment to client service, Gian has built a strong reputation for guiding clients through property transactions with clarity, efficiency, and attention to detail.

Prior to joining Harding Evans, Gian worked at a firm in Penarth where, alongside managing a busy conveyancing caseload, he gained significant experience in leasehold properties, new-build developments, and complex title issues.

Alongside his legal career, Gian is a passionate advocate for equality, diversity, and inclusion. He serves as a Trustee and Legal Director of Pride Cymru, one of Wales’ leading LGBTQ+ charities, helping to support and promote LGBTQ+ communities across Wales. When he’s not helping clients move home, he’s helping organise an event for 15,000+ people and perfecting the art of functioning on limited sleep with a healthy respect for strong coffee. He is also involved in initiatives focused on HIV awareness and stigma reduction, contributing to public engagement and education through community and advocacy work.

Outside of work, Gian enjoys travelling, good food, and spending time with his fiancé and their dog, who firmly believes they are members of his support staff.
