A highly experienced conveyancer and a Partner of some 12 years, Gian has joined Harding Evans from a firm in Penarth where alongside the day to day, he gained experience in dealing with leasehold, new builds, and complicated titles.
Away from the world of residential conveyancing, Gian is passionate advocate for LGBTQ+ rights and is the Chair of Pride Cymru, one of Wales’s largest LGBTQ+ charities, who are responsible for putting on the annual pride event in Cardiff. Gian is also part of a team of volunteers behind Fast Track Cardiff & Vale which works to eliminate new HIV transmissions by 2030, while challenging the stigma that those living with HIV still encounter. He has had many public speaking engagements around the subject, including at the Senedd in 2022 as part of their events for World Aids Day.
