At Harding Evans, we have a strong reputation for developing our staff, which has seen us shortlisted as finalists for the ‘Future Lawyer Scheme of the Year’ award at the 2025 Legal News Wales Awards.
Four of our recently promoted Equity Partners joined Harding Evans as paralegals and successfully completed their training contracts, before going on to graduate through the ‘Pathway to Partnership’.
In the last twelve months, six of our trainee solicitors have qualified from our ‘Becoming a Solicitor’ programme and now have full-time fee earning roles in their respective departments.
Due to business growth, we are now accepting applications for our ‘Becoming A Solicitor’ programme, with two training contracts available within our Residential Conveyancing department – one based in our Newport office and one based in our Cardiff office.
The training contracts will be full-time positions commencing in late Spring. We will accept applications from candidates following the SQE or LPC routes.
