‘Becoming A Solicitor’ – The Harding Evans Trainee Programme

At Harding Evans, we have a strong reputation for developing our staff, which has seen us shortlisted as finalists for the ‘Future Lawyer Scheme of the Year’ award at the 2025 Legal News Wales Awards.

Four of our recently promoted Equity Partners joined Harding Evans as paralegals and successfully completed their training contracts, before going on to graduate through the ‘Pathway to Partnership’.

In the last twelve months, five of our trainee solicitors have qualified from our ‘Becoming a Solicitor’ and now have full-time fee earning roles in their respective departments.

We have now opened applications to join our 2025 cohort on the ‘Becoming A Solicitor’ programme.
