Will joined Harding Evans in 2015 and is a Partner in the Commercial Litigation Team, having progressed through the firm’s Pathway to Partnership before being promoted to Partner in 2024.

Will advises businesses and individuals on a wide range of commercial litigation matters. His expertise includes construction disputes, high-value debt recovery, breach of contract claims, director and shareholder disputes, adverse possession disputes, professional negligence claims, trespass on commercial premises, commercial lease disputes, insolvency matters, emergency injunctive relief applications, mediations, and advocacy on behalf of his clients.

A qualified Bailiff, Will holds the Level 3 Qualification for Taking Control of Goods, making him one of the most qualified lawyers in the UK to advise on and comment upon High Court Enforcement procedures.

Will acts for clients across a diverse range of sectors, including retail, hospitality, construction and materials, mining and metals, food and drink production, housing associations, property management companies, and high-net-worth individuals.

Will holds an LLB from the University of Warwick (2013) and completed the Legal Practice Course (LPC) at Cardiff University (2014).
