William joined Harding Evans in 2015 and is a member of the Commercial Litigation Team. Â He has since progressed on the Pathway to Partnership, being promoted to Partner in 2024.
Working on a wide range of commercial litigation matters, William’s experience includes Construction Disputes, High Value Debt Recovery, Breach of Contract Disputes, Adverse Possession Disputes, Professional Negligence Disputes, Trespass on Commercial premises, Commercial Lease Disputes, Insolvency, Emergency Injunctive Relief Applications, Mediations and Advocacy on behalf of his clients.
A qualified Bailiff, William holds the Level 3 Qualification for Taking Control of Goods, making him one of the most qualified lawyers in the UK to advise and comment in respect of High Court Enforcement procedure.
William’s client base spans a number of sectors, including Retail, Hospitality, Construction and Materials, Mining and Metals, Food and Drink Producers, a Housing Association and Property Management Companies, as well as High Net Worth Individuals.
