Victoria Smithyman heads up Harding Evans’ Personal Injury team, within the Public Law and Private Litigation department. She has worked in personal injury (PI) litigation since qualifying as a solicitor.

She deals with a wide range of cases covering everything from accidents at work to road traffic accidents and injuries from faulty products.  She has a strong track record in dealing with cases involving serious or complex injuries, such as spinal injuries, mild brain injuries and chronic pain conditions.
