Siobhan is an Equity Partner and Head of the Children Law team at Harding Evans. Having joined the firm in 2008, Siobhan completed her training contract with us, qualifying as a solicitor in 2010. She has since progressed through the ‘pathway to partnership’, before reaching her current position.
Siobhan specialises in complex children and family matters and disputes both with and without local authority/social services involvement.
Siobhan is a member of the Law Society’s Children Panel and is regularly instructed by CAFCASS children’s guardians, as well as private individuals. Siobhan is also experienced in acting for parents who require representation through the Official Solicitor.
In her spare time, Siobhan is involved with volunteer work, mentoring pupils at a local school – a role she also carries out for our trainee solicitors.
