Scott Keddle

Partner, Head of Commercial Property

Scott is a Partner at Harding Evans and the Head of the Commercial Property team, advising businesses on strategic commercial real estate matters throughout the UK.

Based in South Wales, Scott advises on acquisitions, disposals, development projects, asset management and landlord and tenant matters, together with secured real estate finance transactions. His work spans a range of sectors including renewable energy, healthcare, retail, logistics and industrial property.

As Head of Commercial Property, Scott leads the firm’s commercial property team and works closely with clients to deliver commercially focused advice aligned with their wider business and investment objectives.

Before returning to private practice, Scott worked in-house in both the UK and the Middle East, including with a major healthcare provider and a UAE-based port operator. He also holds an MBA, strengthening the strategic and commercial perspective he brings to client matters.

Representative Experience

• Representing a landlord on the letting of a 40,000 sq ft office in Cardiff.
• Acting on the acquisition and subsequent asset management of a 38-acre medical, health and wellbeing parc in West Wales.
• Advising landowners on renewable energy projects across the UK, including solar and Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS), negotiating option agreements, leases and grid connectivity arrangements.
• Supporting a US technology company on the acquisition of warehousing and logistics unit leases in the UK.
• Advising a national retail tenant on its UK shop lease portfolio.
• Leading asset management work for private estate owners.
