Holly Bee

Solicitor, Public Law

Holly is a Solicitor in our Public Law team.

Holly joined Harding Evans in April 2025, having previously worked at the Children’s Legal Centre Wales, where she trained as a solicitor through the Justice First Fellowship- a scheme run by the Legal Education Foundation. Whilst completing her training contract, Holly undertook a number of secondments in legal practices across South Wales, gaining experience in public law, human rights, education, criminal defence, and childcare. Holly has also spent time within the office of the Children’s Commissioner for Wales as part of their Policy and Public Affairs team.

Holly originally studied Psychology at Swansea University, then went on to complete a Graduate Diploma in Law and subsequently a Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University, completed in 2018 and 2020 respectively.

Outside of work, Holly enjoys a spot of DIY, spending time outdoors and eating good food.
