Haley Evans

Marketing & Communications Manager

Haley is the Marketing & Communications Manager at Harding Evans, responsible for creating and implementing the marketing strategy for both individual departments, and the wider firm. She is also responsible for managing media relationships and coordinating press enquiries as and when they come in.

A Member of the Chartered Institute of Marketing (MCIM), Haley has been working in marketing roles for over 20 years and during that time has worked in sectors including financial systems, corporate finance, manufacturing, waste management and retail.

Since joining Harding Evans in 2022, Haley has implemented a programme of SEO that has seen website traffic more than double, and initiated a community-led strategy that has seen Harding Evans lead the way in offering services to the LGBTQIA+ community in Wales.

The innovative work of the marketing department during Haley’s tenure has been recognised by the sector; with Harding Evans awarded the Marketing & Business Development award at the 2023 Wales Legal Awards, and the Marketing Initiative of the Year and Social Impact awards at the 2025 Legal News Wales Awards.
