On Thursday 9th October, Harding Evans took home the Family Law Services of the Year title at the Welsh Law Awards!
Comprising of two departments, we are proud to have a Family Law service that truly encompasses all aspects of family life, and we are therefore thrilled that this has now received just recognition.
Our Private Family & Matrimonial team focus on matters including:
- Pre-nuptial agreements
- Divorce & Separation
- Property & Finance
- Childcare Arrangements
Meanwhile, our specialist Children Law team’s core work include:
- Childcare Proceedings involving Social Services
- Adoption
Of course, due to the nature of the work, both teams are able to draw on each other’s expertise and work on cases collaboratively, especially when it comes to cases involving domestic abuse and private children proceedings.
