Harding Evans advise TKC Acquisitions as they add to growing portfolio

Based in Omagh, Iconic Stairs are the UK’s market leaders in the design and manufacture of bespoke in-situ curved concrete stairs and landings aimed at the luxury market, with installations all over the UK and Ireland.

Speaking on the acquisition, Mitchell Foley, Founder of TKC Acquisitions commented “The acquisition of Iconic Stairs allows us to target high-end customers and clients and to build relationships throughout the UK. Founded in January 2022 and focused on growth through acquisition, TKC Acquisitions are specifically targeting niche businesses within the construction industry, with a focus on high-end work. They have recently moved their headquarters to Kent, where they are also in the process of acquiring a bespoke joinery company, to complement the services provided through Iconic Stairs.
