Harding Evans advise Adkins Group Ltd on Acquisition

Multi-disciplinary construction consultancy conglomerate Adkins Group Limited have strengthened their portfolio through the strategic acquisition of SelwayJoyce Limited.

Based in Winchester, Hampshire, SelwayJoyce have over 65 years’ experience in quantity surveying and project management for a client list that includes commercial, retail and leisure organisations, developers, Local Authorities and Parish Councils, heritage, estates, the education sector, and numerous private individuals.

Speaking on the acquisition, Dean Adkins, CEO and Founder of the Adkins Group commented “The acquisition of SelwayJoyce is of significant strategic importance as it allows us to continue with our growth plan, whilst expanding into the traditional and heritage sector of the market.
