Covid inquiry families upset with Welsh Government

Craig Court, representing the families, has spoken to BBC Cymru Wales.

Craig Court has spoken to BBC Wales to express concern at the very late disclosure of documents from the Welsh Government, ahead of the start of the UK Covid-19 Inquiry on Tuesday 13th June.

Craig who is the Head of our Public Law & and Private Litigation department, who are representing the bereaved families in Wales, said there was “a great concern over the duty of candour” displayed by the Welsh government, which had not participated “as well as it should have”.
