Harding Evans Solicitors to attend event at new Cardiff care home

Hannah Thomas and Afonwy Howell-Price, Senior Associates in our Wills & Probate team, will be at the new Llys Herbert Care Home in Lisvane on Thursday 25^th May between 2pm to 4pm, discussing the importance of a Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) and answer questions around the subject.

A Lasting Power of Attorney (LPA) is a legal document which allows you to appoint someone (known as your Attorney) to make decisions for you if you lose capacity either physically or mentally in the future.

By planning ahead, you can take control and choose whom you trust to make important decisions about your health, care and finances on your behalf.

The session will also discuss funding long-term care for yourself or a loved one, with Inspiration Wealth Management (SOLLA) also presenting.
