Senior Associate, Clinical Negligence

Alastair is a Senior Associate in our Clinical Negligence team.

Alastair graduated from Cardiff University in 2005 and has been qualified since 2008. He joins us from Kearns Solicitors in Caerphilly, where he worked from 2021 to 2026 and led the Consumer Credit Dispute Resolution department. Prior to this, Alastair gained extensive experience in personal injury litigation, representing both individuals and insurance companies at firms across Cardiff and Newport. Most recently, he also achieved a postgraduate diploma in Strategic Leadership from Cardiff Metropolitan University.

Outside of work, Alastair enjoys attending local music and stand-up comedy gigs whenever he can, as well as spending time with his young children taking them to their various activities. He is also a qualified swimming teacher and a fluent Welsh speaker, in addition to speaking three other languages.
