Solicitor Daniel Rich joined Team HE in January and specialises in Contentious Probate and Private Wealth Disputes.
Dan attained his under-graduate degree from the University of South Wales in 2016 before going on to complete the LPC two years later. He went on to qualify as a Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Legal Executives (CILEX) in 2023, before cross-qualifying as a solicitor in 2024. Daniel joined the team at Harding Evans in January 2026, bringing with him a wealth of experience in contentious and non-contentious wills and probate.
On joining the team, Dan said ”Harding Evans has a reputation throughout South Wales of consistent quality throughout. I wanted to be part of that and had an opportunity to further progress in contentious probate with a firm that genuinely invests in its people”.
Laura Selby, Equity Partner and Head of Wills and Probate welcomed Dan:
”I am delighted to welcome Dan to Harding Evans. With experience across both non-contentious and contentious wills and probate, Dan further strengthens our ability to support clients through all aspects of estate and inheritance matters.”
Outside the office, he enjoys spending time with his family, unwinding by playing his guitars, and getting out on the golf course whenever possible. It’s all about striking the right balance between work, creativity, and fresh air.
Dan has held a black belt in karate since the age of nine – a discipline that’s clearly stood the test of time!
