Kayleigh- the new team member for Residentail Conveyancing in Cardiff

We are delighted to welcome Kayleigh Allen to the team at Harding Evans!

Kayleigh has joined the Residential Conveyancing team in our Cardiff office, where she will be assisting the fee earners with their caseload, and keeping clients updated as to the progress of their matters.

Kayleigh has been in the legal industry for over 15 years, predominantly in conveyancing, but has also gained some experience in family law and in probate. For the last five years, she has worked for a local managing agent, gaining a strong understanding of leasehold properties and their management.

Kayleigh is currently studying for her law degree and intends to graduate next summer. She is also undertaking the CLC qualification, in order to qualify as a licensed conveyancer.

Kayleigh said she chose to apply for the position in Harding Evans because her previous director had qualified here at the firm and she was aware of the team’s strong reputation. She is excited to be settling into her new role and plans to make Harding Evans her ‘forever firm’ – proving that our vision of being ‘your lawyers for life’ extends to our staff, as well as our clients!

Speaking on Kayleigh’s appointment, Gian Molinu, Senior Associate in the Residential Conveyancing team, said “I’m really excited for Kayleigh to be joining us in the Cardiff team. Having dealt with Kayleigh in her different roles over the years, it’s great to have her join us. Her experience will help support the conveyancing team in Cardiff and I’m looking forward to seeing her progress in the role!”

In her extremely limited free time away from studying for her aforementioned qualifications, Kayleigh is a mum to her teenager, Harry, and Yorkshire terrier, Shelby. When she gets some time to relax, Kayleigh enjoys playing computer games and considers herself “quite a cool mum in that regard!”

Welcome to the team, Kayleigh, it’s great to have you on board!
