Equity Partner | Head of Residential Conveyancing

Wyn is an Equity Partner at Harding Evans and Head of the firm’s Residential Conveyancing team. Since qualifying as a solicitor in 2003, he has built a strong reputation for delivering clear, practical and client-focused advice across a wide range of residential property matters.

A Welsh speaker, Wyn advises clients on sales, purchases, remortgages, and auction transactions. He is known for combining technical expertise with an approachable style, helping clients navigate what can often be one of the most important and stressful transactions of their lives.

Wyn has played an important role in the continued growth of the firm, including overseeing the opening of Harding Evans’ Whitchurch office in 2018. Under his leadership, the Residential Conveyancing team has been repeatedly recognised for outstanding customer service at the national ESTAS Awards and was shortlisted for Conveyancing Team of the Year at the Wales Law Awards in 2023.

A champion of innovation and smarter working practices, Wyn is passionate about using technology to improve efficiency, streamline workflows and enhance the client experience. He is also committed to raising industry standards and helping to change the way conveyancing is delivered in Wales, with the aim of making the process faster, clearer and better for everyone involved.

Away from the office, Wyn is a devoted Cardiff City supporter and gives back to his local community as a junior coach at Radyr Rangers.
