Senior Associate Solicitor

Rhian joined Harding Evans’ Family & Matrimonial team in December 2023.

Rhian qualified as a solicitor in October 2019, having worked her way up through the legal profession from Legal Advisor to Paralegal and then Trainee Solicitor. Prior to this, she spent seven years working in the Civil Service while studying for her Law Degree and Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University.

Rhian specialises in family law, with particular expertise in divorce, matrimonial finances, children matters, pre-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements, and cohabitation matters. She takes a clear, practical and sensitive approach to supporting her clients, helping them navigate difficult situations while aiming to minimise conflict and achieve positive outcomes.

Rhian is a member of Resolution and also sits on the Resolution Complaints Committee, reflecting her commitment to promoting high professional standards within family law.

Outside of work, Rhian enjoys travelling, computer gaming, and relaxing holidays. She values spending time with her family and her much-loved pets, which include two rescue dogs – a French Bulldog from Cardiff Dogs Home and a Spanish Mastiff.

Rhian is also actively involved in her local community and volunteers with both a local youth club and the Girl Guides.
