Jess joins us with a strong background in client support and community work, having previously worked with Caerphilly and Blaenau Gwent Citizens Advice. Her experience in helping people navigate complex situations makes her a perfect fit for our client-focused approach here at Harding Evans.
After studying Criminology and Criminal Justice for two years, Jess decided to follow her passion for language and communication, graduating in English Language in 2019. That blend of analytical and people-focused skills makes her a natural at understanding clients’ needs and ensuring they receive the best possible service.
When asked what attracted her to HE, Jess said:
“Harding Evans seemed like such a friendly, positive environment to work in – and I was ready for something new!”
Judith Krukowicz, Senior Associate in our Residential Conveyancing team, added:
“A big welcome to Jess who has joined the residential conveyancing department as a client engagement agent. Jess has previously worked for CAB so she hopes this will assist her in her new role at Harding Evans.”
When she’s not at work, Jess loves cooking, reading, and spending time with her five-year-old Dalmatian, George.
Fun fact, Jess admits she’s a bit of a tattoo enthusiast – with over 40 tattoos.
Welcome to HE, Jess! We’re so happy to have you!
