The successful candidate will assist the Solicitors by preparing and drafting Wills, LPA’s and dealing with estate administration, trusts and Court of Protection Files.

Key duties include (but are not limited to):

  • Meeting clients and taking instructions.
  • Providing support to colleagues in the management of their cases as and when required.
  • Ensuring all work carried out is appropriately recorded to allow for proper billing.
  • Drafting documents to include Wills and LPAs.
  • Preparing estate accounts.
  • Liaising with organisations to obtain information relevant to trust, estate and Court of Protection administration.


You’ll need:

  • Strong IT skills with the ability to use a range of case management systems.
  • Experience of supporting people in the management of their caseloads.
  • LPC or degree in law, or equivalent qualification or career experience.
  • To be able to think strategically, prioritise and make decisions.
  • To communicate effectively with a range of people both inside and outside the organisation including clients, advocates, business associates colleagues and team members in a clear and concise manner.
  • To be able to convey a true understanding of clients’ needs and maintain a high level of client care at all times.
  • Experience of working in a legal practise in a fee earning capacity is desirable.
