Social Services

Proceedings Involving Social Services

Dealing with any matters that concern your child can be a tremendous strain, particularly when court proceedings are issued.

Our family team have extensive knowledge and expertise in childcare proceedings, coupled with the compassion and understanding that is essential in helping parents achieve the best outcome for their children.

We regularly help parents who have difficulties in caring for their children and so face local authority action to have their children placed in foster care or adoption. We are childcare specialists and members of the Law Society’s Children Panel so we can make sure that you get the right advice.

If you do have to go to court, we can make sure that your rights are fully protected and that you understand your situation properly, along with the options that are available to you.

How we can help you:

  • Knowing your rights
  • Advice as and when you need it
  • Helping you avoid court proceedings
  • Accompany you to meetings
  • Represent you in court

it’s important to know your rights so it’s vital that you seek advice from an early stage.
