Welfare Benefits

Getting the benefits you’re entitled to

If you rely on welfare benefits, you know exactly how difficult things can become when the government makes a mistake – and it is you that has to bear the weight of this struggle. We have an experienced team who can help you with a range of matters relating to welfare benefits, including:

The changes to the scope of Legal Aid mean that in the majority of cases we will no longer be able to provide you with advice and assistance in relation to welfare benefit entitlement, benefit applications, benefit overpayments and appeals. However, please get in touch to go through your options with us.
