Administration of estates
After a person dies, their assets and affairs will need to be dealt with in accordance with the terms of their Will or the Intestacy Rules that are applied when a person dies intestate i.e. without leaving a Will.

In the majority of cases, where a deceased held assets in their sole name of a value in excess of 5000.00 a Grant of Representation will be required to allow their Personal Representatives to deal with the estate assets and liabilities.
We are able to advise you and deal with all aspects of the administration of the estate.
