If you are currently serving a prison sentence, we can help you by advising you as to your rights as a prisoner, making representations on your behalf to the prison authorities, and, where appropriate, representing you in disciplinary proceedings before an adjudicator.
We deal with all aspects of prison law including applications for parole (dealing with both written representations and oral applications before the parole board) licence recall and external prison adjudications.
We also assist prisoners, whether on remand or serving, with day to day issues that arise whilst detained. These involve matters such as applications for de-catergorisation, disciplinary offences and other matters such as healthcare and living conditions whilst in prison.
