Darren Bishop
Darren  Bishop – Solicitor

Solicitor Advocate Darren attended Swansea University before completing the Legal Practice Course at Cardiff University. Shortly after finishing University Darren Commenced his Police Station Accreditation with a specialist Criminal firm in Cardiff before joining HardingEvans Solicitors in 2011 within the Crown Court Department. Clare Cole – Legal Executive

Clare has over 17 years’ experience in criminal defence work and has defended in a number of high profile cases including representing a defendant in the Lynette White perjury case being one of the UK’s biggest miscarriage of justice cases. She has represented numerous clients in murder cases from the police station stage through to crown court trial. Her most recent murder case resulted in our client’s acquittal. She also has considerable experience in defending complex fraud cases including the recent “cash for crash” prosecution. Isobelle Lewis – Solicitor

Isobelle qualified as a solicitor in 2015 and regularly represents clients at the Magistrates Court, Police Station and at Prisons, providing high quality legal advice and assistance. Isobelle has been with HardingEvans since 2014 and has developed experience in representing clients for a full rage of offences, including a number of high profile Crown Court cases. mikeMike Sage – Solicitor

Mike Sage, formerly a senior Crown Prosecutor in London. Joined HardingEvans in 1988 and has since then practiced exclusively in the field of criminal defence. Mike has a tremendous success rate and defends the whole range of allegations in Police Stations and Magistrates Courts. lydiaLydia Williams – Paralegal

Lydia is the newest member of the Crime department at HardingEvans having joined as a Criminal Paralegal in January 2015. Lydia read History at undergraduate level in Cardiff University before deciding to take the step into the legal world. She successfully completed the Graduate Diploma of Law at Cardiff Law School and then went on to complete the Bar Professional Training Course in 2014 where she was trained in adversarial technique. At HardingEvans, Lydia is mainly involved in Crown Court case work where her duties range from attending conferences and court hearings to liaising with   clients  and assisting counsel. Lydia is looking forward to expanding her experience into  Prison Law  and obtaining her Police Station Accreditation in the very near future.
