The HardingEvans team includes five duty solicitors, each approved by the Legal Services Commission - available 24hrs a day, 365 days a year for advice and representation at police stations throughout Wales and the South West. The department is committed to providing full support to its clients.
We are equipped to deal with the full range of problems that can arise in the criminal justice system. Whether you are being investigated by the Police, the DVLA, the DSS, the taxman, or need to appeal a decision, HardingEvans has experienced solicitors ready to assist you.
We are contracted to provide assistance through the Community Legal Service which means that most representation is free of charge. We also offer competitive rates if legal aid is not available.
