Title - Medical Negligence

Medical negligence cases can be complex and should only be handled properly by expert solicitors. Harding Evans can deliver such expertise. If you feel you have been injured as a result of a mistake by your:
• hospital
• pharmacist
• GP
• dentist
• other healthcare professionals, then we may be able to help.

We only ever act for claimants in such cases, and never for the surgery, pharmacy or hospital. We have an experienced and dedicated team of medical negligence lawyers who will advise you on your potential claim or complaint.

In addition we may be able to advise you upon other related matters such as your entitlement to welfare benefits as well as putting you in touch with support organisations for people who have suffered similar injuries.

Legal Aid is still available for medical negligence cases and if you are eligible then the case may cost you nothing to pursue. We can also advise you on alternative funding including No Win, No Fee arrangements.

The firm has deservedly gained a nationwide reputation for its clinical negligence work and Harding Evans remains the only practice exclusively based in Gwent with a clinical negligence LSC franchise and increasingly acts for clients across South and Mid-Wales.

There are strict time limits for complaining or making a claim, so it is important to contact us immediately. We offer a free first interview and home visits are usually available across the region.
