A solicitor from leading firm Harding
Evans has become one of only a few in Wales to gain Higher Rights
of Audience in both criminal and civil proceedings.
Andrew Duncan is now able to represent clients in any court in England
and Wales, including Crown Court, the High Court and even the House
of Lords. It will also allow him to undertake work normally reserved
for a barrister.
Commenting on his achievement Andrew
says “I am absolutely delighted to have achieved Higher Rights
of Audience and will allow me to offer a more personal service to
clients as I will be able to undertake their case from start to
finish”.
Andrew, 38, joined Harding Evans in 2002 and has a passion for
motorbikes and scuba diving, and is a former British Sub Aqua Club
Coach.
Zep Bellavia, Managing Partner of Harding Evans commented “This
is a tremendous achievement for Andrew and we are proud to have
someone of his calibre delivering a professional service to our
clients”.
