The Commercial Litigation and Dispute Resolution Team comprises four highly regarded solicitors including Andrew Jones, Karen Maher and James Rudall, and is headed by Managing Partner Zep Bellavia. The team was formed in response to an increase in demand from clients for specialist advice regarding commercial disputes. As well as being strong litigators, the team also has expertise in mediation, arbitration and adjudication.

The team has a successful track record acting for local and national businesses and recently settled a case for a client defending a multi-million pound claim against them. The team settled the claim at mediation for 2% of the original claim.
