Award winning regional law firm Harding
Evans have promoted medical negligence specialist Ken Thomas to the
Partnership and becomes one of the youngest Partners in the firm’s
history.
Ken, 33 joined Harding Evans in 2000 and since then, under his guidance,
the firm has gained a nationwide reputation for its medical negligence
work, being highly rated by the Legal 500 and Chambers Guide to the
UK Legal Profession.
He is the only medical negligence panel member in Gwent and has
become well-known for his work on behalf of injured patients including
many handicapped children and their families. He has acted for medical
negligence claimants for the last 10 years and has settled many
successful claims - securing damages in excess of £3 million.
Last year Ken won the prestigious Lawyer of the Year Award at the
Welsh Law Awards which was in recognition of his work as a leading
medical negligence lawyer in Wales.
On his promotion Ken comments “I am absolutely delighted
to join the Partnership. Harding Evans has expanded significantly
over recent years and provides employment for over 100 staff and
I am looking forward to working with my fellow Partners on the next
stage of our expansion”. Ken lives in Cardiff and is married
with two young children.
