Our flexible and constructive approach

The department has grown from strength to strength
and boasts five commercial property specialists who deliver a range
of expertise. Our services cover the whole spectrum of commercial
property work including:

• Landlord and tenant
• Secured lending
• Property management
Our clients include property agents and
developers, building contractors, banks, local authorities as well
as private and commercial clients. The department is recommended
by the Legal 500 Guide to the UK Legal Profession.
Mike is another of the departments highly
rated lawyers. Formerly of Eversheds and Morgan Cole Mike
acts for a number of development companies and has been instrumental
in many large property deals throughout Wales including several
hotel developments for Holiday Inn Express and a 120 acre
land assembly for the Lewis Group.
With a local
government background and, formerly of Eversheds, Vaughn has
substantial experience in acting for public and private sector
clients. Within the team she is currently undertaking a broad
range of commercial property matters.

Elaine is a trainee solicitor currently undertaking a variety of work within the Commercial Property Department. She studied at Swansea University and completed her Legal studies at Cardiff University.
