David is on the Law Society Panel for Solicitors’
Negligence and is a Deputy District Judge. He has substantial
experience in a variety of commercial litigation matters.
Pauline has a wealth of experience and is
a former senior litigator for British Rail. She has successfully
won may high profile cases including winning an award of damages
from the Chancery Division of the High Court of over £1
million inclusive of interest in a case which she was able
to prove that the directors had defrauded shareholders.
Jonathan has a wealth of experience and
deals with company and commercial disputes, insolvency,

litigation.
Robert is the head of
debt recovery and handles a variety of work primarily for
businesses including letters before action, issue of
proceedings, enforcement of judgements, bankruptcy and winding
up petitions.
