Our debt recovery service is flexible to suit your needs. If you require your debtor to be pursued for the monies due to you now, contact us and request an Instruction Sheet this will then be emailed or faxed to you.
Once completed, our Instruction Sheet will provide us with the information we need in order to pursue your debtor. Usually, we will be able to start pursuing your debt on the same day we receive the completed Instruction Sheet.
It may be the case that you would rather issue County Court proceedings against your debtor straight away. If so, please click 'Issue of Claim' section.
