Joy Phillips is Practice Director and a member of the firm's Management Board. Having qualified with a Diploma in Management Studies, Joy is an Associate Member of the Chartered Management Institute. Her role within the firm is concentrated on strategic planning and development and her appointment was a central part of the firm's drive for growth over the coming years. In addition to strategic planning and resource management, Joy plays a key part in the firm's marketing and business development and is a well known figure in business circles throughout South East Wales.
